Over the summer of 2023, there were students who attended GSA, GSE, and GSP. GSA is an intense 3-week long music program where students are involved with music theory, sight singing, as well as opera history. GSE is also a 3-week long program, but very entrepreneurial focused. In this program, you are paired with a group of 5 to brainstorm ideas and inventions up until the last day when you will pitch your ideas with your group. GSP is a 5-week long program that involves huge commitment towards a topic in-depth as members of a small group who help each other stress the development of their topic. This program is mostly about community leadership, service-learning, resolution development, and much more.
“My favorite activity was when we got to perform on stage in front of all GSA as in the general music program with the staff Harry Pickins. It was a really fun session,” senior Paul McDonald spoke about GSA.
