Actors Zendaya and Tom Holland have made fans around the world delighted with the announcement of their engagement.
The two had first met on the set of “Spider-Man: Homecoming” in 2017, and then have been together since 2020.
Speculation of their engagement by fans started when Zendaya was spotted with a ring at the 2025 Golden Globe awards ceremony. This led to the announcement made by Holland’s family that the two were indeed, happily engaged.
“I’m not shocked about their engagement honestly, they seem very committed to each other on and off the screen,” Brandon Roesch (10) said.
As their journey began as co-stars, fans and media alike both followed the relationship closely.
Since the beginning, the couple has been supporting each other’s careers and sharing glimpses of them together online.
“I always see the two online and they’ve always been really cute together,” Mia Peluso (9) said.
Worries about how their stardom may affect their relationship were expressed by Holland’s family, but both Zendaya and Tom have overcome these challenges and have grown stronger from them.
“When they first got together after Spider-Man was made, I didn’t really know how long they would last because they’re both so famous,” Jeremy Wartman (10) said.
The couple have gotten matching initial tattoos of each other, and Tom has even made an entire drink named “Noon Wheat” after Zendaya’s beloved dog Noon. This just further proves their bond with each other and to fans and family alike.
Both Zendaya and Tom seem very committed to each other, and fans are bubbling with excitement as they plan their dream wedding.
