After 40 years of directing traffic Judy Kiskaden, Fort Thomas’s beloved crossing guard, has retired. Known for organizing before and after-school traffic, the queen of Highland Avenue has moved on to bigger and better things. Judy is a friend of everyone, and everyone will miss her dearly. After a Facebook comment from a close relative revealed her retirement plans, everyone was shocked.
