Spanish teacher Emily Haffey is having a Spanish Club meeting on Friday, October 20th, 2023, in room 208 during flextime.
At this meeting, they will be making guacamole and listening to Spanish music. In the past, the Spanish club has also tried foods from different Spanish countries and taste-tested them, sometimes they get the foods from different restaurants too.
Katy Fisher said: “Last week we tried different food from Spanish culture.”
In this club, you can explore a new culture and learn about the culture. You also get to know how different cultures express themselves.
The president, Lucas Tinkler said: “I wanted to be more involved with the club.”
The club is where you can be with other people who share the same Spanish interests as you.
Katy Fisher said: “It’s all about culture, and it’s fun.”
Overall the Spanish club is a great way to connect with people, learn about Spanish culture, and have fun.
