Led Zeppelin Cover Band Accidentally Selected to Headline Bunbury 2019
//[HUMOR!]\\
The release of the 2019 lineup for Bunbury has a clear and evident flaw which is that Led Zeppelin cover band Greta Van Fleet has been selected to headline the music festival.
“It was an honest mistake,” says Bill Donabedian former director of the music festival.
Donabedian continues by saying, “We listened to a few songs and thought that they were originals. Boy, were we wrong!”
To give credit where credit is due, they have very authentic shows to the original band. Guitarist for the band Jake Kiszka says, “It’s being said over and over, and I think it’s one of the greatest compliments that could ever be given to a young band like ourselves.”
Greta Van Fleet is still projected to headline Bunbury 2019. To fit in with the crowd, they will play original songs, but just for this show.
The only remark the former Led Zeppelin singer Robert Plant had to say about the band was, “I don’t even know what a Greta Van Fleet is! But other than that I think they are pretty decent.”
Singer of Greta Van Fleet, Josh Kiszka, in response said, “I’m not even a fan of their music, to be honest. It’s fun to play don’t get me wrong. “Black Dog” is a classic though.”
Nevertheless, Greta Van Fleet will make an interesting addition to the 2019 lineup for Bunbury. The festival is set for May 31 – June 2 and other headliners include Fall Out Boy as well as The 1975.
