Highlands secured a 42-14 victory over Conner last Friday, October 21.
Offensively, Highlands racked up 212 rushing yards while allowing 270, excelled in the air with 334 passing yards, and limited Conner to just 60.
Quarterback Rio Litmer (11) had a standout performance, completing 26 of 32 pass attempts for 335 yards and throwing 4 touchdown passes.
On the ground, Devon James (12) led the rushing attack with 19 carries for 101 yards, while Gabe Williams (10) added 52 yards on just 3 attempts.
In the receiving game, Jackson Arnold (12) led with 11 receptions for 161 yards. Tayden Lorenzen (10) contributed 6 receptions for 67 yards.
The team finished with 2 rushing touchdowns, 4 receiving touchdowns, and made all 6 extra points.
On defense, Dom Gregory (12) recovered a fumble, while TJ Hicks (12) led the defense with 6 solo tackles and 7 assisted tackles. Ethan Grimm (12) followed with 4 solo and 8 assisted tackles.
Highlands will take on Scott at home this Friday, October 25, with kickoff set for 7 p.m.
