Highlands lost 36-59 to Ryle after having a 10-win streak with a record of 14-5.
The first quarter was successful. Highlands was looking solid and was leading against a gritty Ryle team.
In the second quarter, the game started to get close and Ryle adjusted and started to lock up on defense.
After halftime, Ryle maintained the same momentum and ended up taking the lead.
By the fourth quarter, Highlands couldn’t keep up with Ryle and ended up losing 36-59.
Highland’s next game is against Bishop Brossart at home and is on February 2nd.
