Voices in the Hall: Students show off Winterball plans and outfits

The HHS Winterball will be held at the Southgate Community Center on February 4th. The dance will start at 8 and end at 11. Be sure to arrive at the dance before 9 pm, or you will not be let in. 

Academic Eligibility is still required in order to attend this dance. Check out the Student Code of Conduct for more information on the academic eligibility requirements. 

Masquerade is the theme of the dance with black, purple, and gold as the following colors.

Freshman Blake Hegnar will be wearing “all black, with a silver iced-out Cuban link,” and will be attending the dance with “a date”.

 

Senior Maura Ekerley will be wearing “a black or red dress, with jewelry,” and will be attending the dance “with friends”.

 

Junior Ila Hill will be attending the dance with, “a date” and will be wearing, “a black fluffy dress with probably gold jewelry to match with the theme.”

 

Junior Ravi Bassett will be wearing his “Arcteryx coat” and attending with “friends.”

To get more insight into the attendance of the dance, HHS Journalism posted a poll on the Instagram page about attending the dance with friends or a date. 53% are attending with a date and 47% with friends.
