This year, it will be held in New Orleans, LA. People all around the United States hope their team will go to the Super Bowl and win.
There will always be one winner in football. They train all year round for the big game. Some people like the National Football Conference (NFC) and others like the American Football Conference (AFC) more.
“Yeah, I think in the NFC there is a clear winner. I think the Eagles are head and shoulders with everyone else,” Brennan Bucher (12) said.
While the Philadelphia Eagles have won the NFC, they will need to beat one more team for the trophy.
The Kansas City Chiefs have won the Super Bowl for the last two years, and many people are not happy about them winning back-to-back.
“I think the Buffalo Bills and the Philadelphia Eagles will be going to the Super Bowl.” English teacher Brady Dowling said, “Anyone but the Chiefs.”
Many relied on the Buffalo Bills to beat the Chiefs, but the outcome was a loss for the Bills with a score of 29-32.
Fans were not happy because of their predictions on sports betting apps. They would bet money on the game or the Super Bowl and bet on the stats of said game. Many had the Bills winning the game and going to the Super Bowl.
