The Philadelphia Eagles took home the Super Bowl victory with a score of 40-22 over the Kansas City Chiefs.
“I’m so glad that the Eagles won because I don’t like the Chiefs,” Gabby Neufarth (9) said.
The Eagles gained 135 rushing yards and 210 passing yards.
Quarterback Jalen Hurts had 17 pass completions of 22 attempts for 221 yards, throwing 1 interception and 2 touchdown passes.
Hurts led in rushing with 11 carries for 72 yards. Saquon Barkley followed with 25 carries for 57 yards.
DeVonta Smith led in receiving with 4 pass receptions for 69 yards, and A.J. Brown followed with 3 pass receptions for 43 yards.
The team had 21 first downs, 70 total plays, 2 sacks allowed, 2 punts, 8 penalties, and no fumbles lost.
Zack Baun led in defense with 3 tackles and 4 assists.

The Chiefs gained 49 rushing yards and 226 passing yards.
Patrick Mahomes had 21 pass completions of 32 attempts for 257 yards, throwing 2 interceptions and 3 touchdown passes.
Mahomes led in rushing with 4 carries for 25 yards. Kareem Hunt followed with 3 attempts for 9 yards.
Xavier Worthy led in receiving with 8 pass receptions for 157 yards, and Travis Kelce followed with 4 pass receptions for 39 yards.
“No, I wasn’t surprised. They’ve just been getting lucky all season. I’ve never been impressed with the Chiefs,” Annie Kuhnhein (11) said.
The team had 12 first downs, 49 total plays, 6 sacks allowed, 6 punts, 7 penalties, and 1 fumble lost.
Drue Tranquill led in tackles with 7 tackles and 4 assists.
