On Wednesday, Oct. 22, all sorts of sports teams, clubs, and homecoming court members took part in the 2025 Homecoming Parade. The Fort Thomas community celebrated the upcoming homecoming dance, and the people involved marched from the post office to the high school. This was Highlands’ fourth annual parade.
People in the parade included the Highlands marching band, FCCLA, cheer team, theater crew, Highlands girls soccer, the students running for homecoming court, and many more. As they walked down the road, they threw candy towards the crowds.
Madison Barlow (12) shared, “While walking in the parade, I loved getting to see who from the community was there to support us and being able to represent my team.”
Overall, the parade was a fun time for everyone involved and an exciting experience for Highlands to show their pride.
