The Highlands Book Club went on a field trip to The Hidden Chapter Bookstore on Feb. 8, from 10:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Accompanied by their chaperones, Mrs. Sarakatsannis and Mrs. Stephenson, the students enjoyed browsing books, chatting about their favorites, and picking out new reads. Afterward, they grabbed lunch at Comal before heading back to school.
Senior Ila Hill explained: "My favorite part of the field trip was seeing the new bookstore and all of my friends sharing their favorite books."
