HELLO EVERYONE! Its Emerson,

And Hadley! Welcome back to another edition of…

CRAZY KITCHEN INSANITY!!!

This time on Crazy Kitchen Insanity we are making Valentine’s baked goods!

I made the most delicious strawberry cake and Hadley made the prettiest chocolate-covered strawberry cubes.

The chocolate-covered strawberry cubes were very easy to make and are also very delicious! All you need is any type of chocolate, strawberries, and an ice cube tray! I personally love white chocolate so I’m choosing that for my strawberries.

My strawberry cake was so delicious! I used the Pillsbury cake mix and icing.

All you need for the cake is the cake mix, 1 cup of water, ⅓ cup of canola oil, 3 large eggs, and the Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting.

Start with mixing all the ingredients together until nice and smooth/combined.

Heat oven to 350°F. Coat the bottoms of two 8-inch round pans lightly with no-stick cooking spray.

Bake for 31 to 33 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in pans, then turn out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.

Lastly, spread your icing evenly amongst the cakes and enjoy!

This cake is so delicious and moist! I love the Pillsbury mix and icing. 10/10 would recommend it!
