The Highlands Academic Team is selling Halloween candy grams through Friday, October 26th. This year, there are two options: Halloween candy can be sent to a friend for one dollar, or a pumpkin shaped Rice Krispy treat can be sent for two.

To purchase a candy gram, visit Robin Kemp in room 304. The money raised will go towards entry fees for Academic Team competitions.

Coach and science teacher Kemp states, “It’s a way of showing people that you care or that you are thinking of them. It just shows people that you have their back.”

Kemp states about the team, “I think this is a growing year; a building year. We’re not very large but we are holding our own. The freshmen show very strong promise, so we think that we can be competitive this year, but within the next couple of years we can dominate.”
